Pro-Tips Sports is pleased to announce that Syd Marsh will be running our winter soccer skills sessions on Monday evenings at the Western Fair Agriplex.
Playing Career
- 12 years old - Joined Premier English Division, Wolverhampton Wanderers as a school boy.
- 16 years old - an Apprentice Professional Contract was signed.
- 18 years of age - a professional contract with Wolverhampton Wolves was signed.
- 20 years old - played for the Tulsa Roughnecks of the N.A.S.L. (North American Soccer League). And Canadian Nationals of the C.P.S.L. (Canadian Professional Soccer League)
- 1985 - Played for London Marconi of the N.S.L. (National Soccer League)
- 1990 - Played for the North York Rockets of the C.S.L. (Canadian Soccer League)
- 1992 -Played for the London Lasers of the C.S.L.
- 1985 won the N.S.L. Championship
- Won the Ontario Indoor Championship
- Won the North American Indoor Championship
Coaching Experience
- Obtained Level I, II, and III in 1993
- Obtained C License in 1995
- Obtained Pre B and B in 1997
- Coached regional boys and girls since 2001
- Attended several coaching clinics in England in 1997, 1999 and 2002
